1. The Equitel Thin SIM Card Cost
Equitel thin SIM is available in Equity Bank branches countrywide. One can get the thin SIM for Ksh 600. Considering what it will offer I would say it’s worth it.

2. Mobile Money Transfer
Money transfer via Equitel from one mobile phone or bank account to another within the Equity ecosystem will be free of charge. It will also allow for the cross network money transfer services.

3. Call Costs
Equitel Network will charge KSh 4 per minute to make call across all networks with no special tariffs. The cost of sending an SMS is KSh 1.

4. Interoperability
Equitel allows users send and receive money on the network and from other banks and mobile money platforms such as Airtel Money, Orange Money, MPESA as well.
