Sony hasn’t been that active on the smartphone front at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015.
This is evident in that the Sony Xperia Z4 seemed not to be launched here, and that’s pretty much all that’s been on our immediate trends as of late.
Sony has gone ahead to surprise many by the unveiling of the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua through a press release in Barcelona.
The smartphone is what Sony itself calls a mid-ranger, though the company does go on to state that the phone “sets the new mid-range standard” with its innovative features.
Sony Xperia M4 boasts of a 13MP rear-facing camera with an Exmor RS sensor and an f/2.0 aperture with ISO 3200 sensitivity.
The front-facing 5MP shooter has a wide- angle (88° (degrees)) lens to optimize the awesome quality of your selfies.
PROCESSOR AND OTHER CAPABILITIES
The device comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit processor with LTE capabilities, too.
Of course, the M4 Aqua features Sony’s signature OmniBalance design language, with a svelte waterproof
body with an IP rating.
The gadget runs the latest and newest version of Android, 5.0 Lollipop.
The Sony Xperia M4 Aqua is expected to retail this spring in more than 80 countries worldwide for a price of just around KES. 30,700 (299 euros).
