Something to note is that LG has been unveiling good smartphones year in year out. The latest unveiled devices are mid range smartphones. The LG X5 and the LG X Skin devices that are awesome. The specs of these two devices are kind of similar the only difference is that they are more superior that the LG X series predecessor, both in display and battery capacity. There’s nothing so good as having a nice smartphone that has good power house that’s battery and also having a good and larger display size. Am not talking of tablets here but a device that you won’t strain to get to see whatever the screen holds and the LG X5 and the LG X skin has proven that they can do that for you.
LG X5 is unique and outstanding. The LG X5 picks a number after the X branding in the LG X smartphone series. The LG X5 has a good a 5-inch IPS LCD display with a 720p HD screen resolution. In as much as we have so much interacted with 5.5 inchers, a 5.0-inch is not a bad display. Plus this awesome display fits in one’s palm without any problems. When it comes to performance and processors; the LG X5 is equipped with a quad-core processor clocking at a frequency of 1.3 GHz, 2 GB RAM.
The smartphone; that’s the LG X5 features 16 GB ROM. The internal memory of this device is upped and seems amazing. On the camera side or point; the X5 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper. It also comes powered by a 2,800 mAh battery.
The battery of the LG X5 is not the best but it is upped from the predecessor like the LG X Power. The battery of the LG X5 is only some 2800mAh. The lithium ion battery is not bad, it is amazing and will give you some good juice.
The LG X Skin on the same note features a 5.0-inch display and 720p HD screen resolution, but with a smaller capacity RAM at only 1.5 GB. With a reduced RAM of 1.5GB performance on the LG X Skin cannot be compared to the LG X5 that is way above it. The device that’s the LG X Skin also has a reduced camera power and lenses. The primary camera of the LG X Skin sports some 8.0MP and hopeful a 5MP or 2MP secondary camera.
The device is powered by a 2,100 mAh battery. This is way too low and this where some good and well established brands fail. They give their smartphones meager battery capacities. On full use I don’t think if the LG X Skin can really last 4 hours. I doubt because my Tecno Camon C9 can last up to 5 or 6 hours on full use on full charge.
