Prior to the MWC 2015, LG had revealed a new mid-range smartphone quartet- Magna, Spirit, Leon and Joy. And now, LG has announced the global rollout of the four smartphones. Out of these four, the Spirit, Magna and Leon will be available in 3G, LTE variants. The LTE variants will have metallic back covers to distinguish them.
The LG Magna comes with a 5-inch display, 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, Android 5.0 Lollipop with LG UI, 2540 mAh battery, 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The LTE variant will come with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with Cat 4 LTE.
Whereas, the LG Spirit has almost the same hardware as the Magna but has 4.7-inch display, 2100mAh battery, 5MP rear camera, and 1MP front camera.
The Leon also comes with the same SoC options for both LTE and 3G versions. It sports a 4.5-inch display and a VGA front camera. The 3G variant will have 1GB RAM or 768MB RAM, 8GB or 4GB internal storage, and 4MP or 5MP rear camera options. The LTE variant will have 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage and 5MP rear camera. Both versions will be powered by a 1,900 mAh battery.
The Joy will come with Android 4.4 KitKat, 4-inch WVGA display, 11.9 mm thickness. The dual-core CPU will come along with 512MB RAM, 4GB storage. I twill also have a 5MP fixed focus camera and front VGA camera, as well as a 1900mAH battery.
