These activities include and are not limited to hostel booking, fee structure, fee statements, course unit registration, payslips and online payroll for staff. Things to Note:-

  • You must be a bonafide student of the University of Eldoret (UoE) – An admitted student
  • Have submitted your personal details to the university including your email address
  • Have your registration number/Admission number
  • MUST have an active email address either Gmail or Yahoo are the most preferred or any other email client as long as it is active

Access the University of Eldoret Student Portal portal.uoeld.ac.ke and proceed to login in to the account if you already have an activated account with uoE. If you don’t already have an account and you are a student at University of Eldoret, proceed to click on Create an Account. Thereafter you will be redirected to a page with fields that require you to enter values as needed.

How to register university of eldoret student portal account

Step One

Enter your registration number or the Admission number. The admission number can be found on your admission letter you downloaded from the university website. Still employees can enter their Employee Numbers in this field if they too need to sign up or create an account.

Step Two

Ensure you have a strong password that you can use to register for this account. A strong password entails using a password that combines number, letters and symbols e.g for example if your name is James your password can be JaMes@2017 or any other of your choice.

Step Three

After entering your password, the one you have chosen in Step Two above, re-enter it in the second field for verification then choose the spam check box and click on Submit.

Step Four

If successful, you will receive an email message in your email address with a link you can use to activate your University of Eldoret Student Portal.

Upon successful activation of the email address you will be now capable of logging into your university of Eldoret Student Portal account using your registration number as provided in the admission letter received or downloaded from the university’s website.
